I. EMPLOYMENT HISTORY:

Blackstone Global Ventures, a.s., Prague; Trade Director - Nov 2006 to Dec 2007.
Engaged as Emissions Trader and Fund Designer, Marketer. Sought financial backer for an ERU credit origination fund designed to capture the deep discount between the origination of new credits and current market price.
 
Atlantik Financial Markets, a.s., Prague; Emissions Desk - Sept 2004 to Nov 2006.
Created the emissions trading desk, to pursue Kyoto Protocol products such as EUAs and CERs. Conceived, designed and executed desk creation. Sought contractual trading relationships, managed internal systems and accessed international OTC, futures and multiple exchange traded markets. Succeeded as a market leader in the region, having traded Hungarian, Slovak and Czech EUAs.

Meinl Bank AG, Vienna, Austria; Senior Consultant - May 2003 to June 2004.
Contracted to create and operate a trading and custody system for the Serbian Savings Bonds issued in 2001; to seek other distressed assets from around the region to purchase at a discount; to buy discounted Argentine debt on behalf clients.
Meinl Bank AG is the leading privately owned Austrian Bank operating in Emerging Market debt in Central and Eastern Europe.

Citadel Securities Brokerage, Belgrade, Yugoslavia; President - July 2002 to December 2002.
Contracted as a consultant to redesign and renovate the marketing operations of a local brokerage acquired by Citadel Financial Advisory, to create research and sales divisions as well as spearhead the search for foreign clients; reported to the Partners of Citadel Financial Advisory, and jointly managed a staff of 9 with the CEO.

M&V Investments Brokerage, Belgrade, Yugoslavia; Consultant - November 2001 to June 2002.
Contracted to assist in the development of Yugoslavia's most active broker, working under the following mandate: to seek international trading clients for the new government-guaranteed, Foreign Currency Savings Bonds; to seek an international partners and negotiate terms; investigate investment fund business; and generally advise on effective and safe, sales and trading methods.

Raiffeisen Capital & Investment, Investment Bank, Prague, Czech Republic; Head of Equities Sales - October 1999 to July 2001.
Performed role of international sales trader for sales to the largest emerging market broker-dealers in London; created sales strategies, traded with funds and brokerage dealing desks and cooperated with regional offices in Poland, Hungary and Croatia, as well as Vienna and London Sales offices. Reported to the CEO.

Sigma Securities Stockbroker, Athens, Greece; Sales trader - November 1998 to August 1999.
Engaged in a sales role servicing existing broker client base and prospecting for new European relationships; marketing of Greek Initial Public Offerings.

Atlantik East Stockbroker, Kiev, Ukraine; Equities Sales - January 1998 September 1998.
International client equities sales position for the Kiev office of this Czech Republic stockbroker, duties included travel to visit UK based clients. Also responsible for public relations, print and electronic media, and event organization.

Consultant to Unicapital S.A., Stockbroker, Bucharest, Romania; Consultant - One-week appointment, June 1997.
Engaged to evaluate this recently emerged 'collection brokerage' business and advise on future operations by working closely with key personnel in management, settlements, trading, sales, and stock collection.

Komercni Banka, Prague, Czech Republic; Dealer, Capital Markets Sales - October 1996 to December 1997.
International sales position of the Investment Bank division, dealing in equities, bonds and a new offering. Managed two staff, worked closely with equity and bond traders and reported directly to Financial Markets director.

HSBC Markets, Hong Kong Bank of Australia, Sydney, Australia; Foreign Exchange Sales - August 1993 to June 1996.
Responsible for pursuing profitable spot and order business, developing new market relationships, and coordinating all HSBC Midland group client orders in Asia.

Bain Refco Futures / Deutsche Bank, Sydney, Australia; Foreign Exchange and Futures, Account Executive - August 1989 to July 1993.
Recruited from the USA to assist in expansion of the currency desk, and to hire and train staff. Sales and marketing role, required to devise creative marketing strategies, introduce new clients, and then service clients for commission revenue.

Foreign exchange, precious metals trading and settlements roles - July 1986 to January 1989.
1. Trader: assistant trader for day shift, full trader on overnight shifts.
Overnight trader: responsible for managing currency and precious metal books, spot and futures, providing prices and commentaries to European and North American clients, and placing orders on even CBOT and Simex exchanges. Junior day-shift trader: to assist senior dealers trading, posting and clearing EFP future trades to Comex and IMM exchanges.
2. Settlements: Clerk, Margin Controller, and Bullion Manager.
Held a number of settlements office roles: currency confirmations, investigations, margin control, metals settlement and delivery manager.

II. PRIVATE VENTURES
Ebel Coffee House, Prague, Czech Republic; Partner, Since September, 1999 inception.
29% shareholder in start-up coffee house; advised on location, promotion, financial reporting. Responsible for monthly review and participation.

III. OTHER ACTIVITIES / VOLUNTEER WORK
Cochlear Implant Centre, - Little Snail, Belgrade Yugoslavia; Volunteer Fundraiser - November 2001 to November 2002.
Assisted in the development of a Cochlear Implant program for young children.
